About ChurnNote
ChurnNote is a small churn recovery tool for Stripe and Lemon Squeezy SaaS founders.
I built it because most small founders do not have a customer success team. They have a Stripe dashboard, a few cancellation emails, maybe some failed payments, and a vague feeling that MRR is leaking somewhere.
Enterprise churn tools are too heavy for that stage. They are built for teams, dashboards, workflows, and meetings.
ChurnNote is built for a different founder: the solo or small SaaS founder who wants to know three things quickly:
